Supporter's Package
Patagonia Region Improved Grazing Project
The Patagonia Region Improved Grazing project was created in partnership with sustainable clothing brand Eileen Fisher. The project supports growers in the Patagonia region of Argentina by helping them implement regenerative grazing practices. The catalytic funding provided by supporters (such as you!) is essential for the installation of fencing and water infrastructure necessary for higher intensity rotational grazing. By splitting the land into more pastures, the increased movement of the herds mimics the natural motion of animals in the past, allowing the land to rest and recover while benefiting from the nutrients left behind by the herds. Thus leading to the regeneration of ecosystems, as well as improved carbon sequestration.
An important part of your contribution to this carbon offset project is also sharing what your support has helped achieve. We have built a repertoire of content to help you in doing so.

Quotes from Native
“Supporters of the Patagonia Region Improved Grazing project are enabling sheep growers in the Patagonia region of Argentina to adopt higher intensity rotational grazing today. This leads to increased carbon sequestration and improved health of local ecosystems and soil over decades.”
“Supporting the Patagonia Region Improved Grazing project is providing sheep growers in Patagonia with the necessary resources and funding to implement higher rotational grazing practices on their lands. The thin margins for growers and their vulnerability to risk from practice changes make the investment needed to change grazing practices and livestock movements untenable. Thanks to their upfront funding and technical support, supporters truly help bring this project to life.”

Quote from Eileen Fisher
As a supporter "you are supporting regenerative farmers, farmers who love the land, who use progressive practices to draw down carbon, to restore the ecosystems in Patagonia. And by restoring those patterns, we have a fighting chance against climate change.”
