Recently, we found this empowering article on Team Lioness, a team of women rangers protecting their traditional Maasai community land surrounding Amboseli National Park in Kenya. In our field, we depend on solutions driven by local change-makers and leaders in communities around the globe. We are proud partners of Carbon Tanzania and the Hazda communities who are working to protect lands in Tanzania’s Yaeda Valley – lands managed naturally for millennia – from encroaching farmers, herders, and poachers.
